• Transaction Information: For each processing event, we collect the file name of user content and transaction timestamp. This is used for billing and service management.
• Payment Information: When you add funds to your account, we may collect information necessary to process payments, such as details of your payment method. This may be handled by third-party payment processors, in which case their privacy policies will also apply. We do not store complete credit card numbers.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies: We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Services and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Services.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

In certain circumstances, we may share information we collect about you:

• With AI API Providers: We share your user content (which refers to photography, video, audio, images, etc.) with third-party AI API providers solely for the purpose of generating titles and keywords or generating reverse prompts. We aim to use providers with strong data protection practices. We generally do not share file names or other identifying transaction information directly with AI API providers beyond the content itself needed for processing.
• With Payment Gateways: If you make a payment, we will share your payment information with third-party payment processors to complete the transaction.
• For Legal or Protective Purposes: We may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation if we believe that disclosure is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remediate potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.
• Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your consumption records (only file names and timestamps) are stored for 3 months on server infrastructure provided by our cloud service partners. We delete transaction records before 3 months. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, please note that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee that any method of data transmission will not be intercepted or otherwise abused.

5. Data Retention

We will use your user content and generated metadata for as long as needed to provide the Services, and we will no longer retain this data once the service is completed (typically 3-5 seconds, Getty/iStock type services may take longer). Transaction records (file names and timestamps) will be retained for 3 months for billing and management purposes. Recharge records will be kept on the server at all times.

6. Your Data Protection Rights (General Principles)

While specific rights may vary depending on your location, we strive to provide you with reasonable control over your personal information. We only store file names and file processing times, and only for 3 months. We do not obtain any personal information except for payment records.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information, including user content (file names and timestamps) and personal data (payment data), may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the jurisdiction where our servers are located and choose to provide information to us, please note that we will transfer data (including personal data) to those locations and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or such higher age threshold as may be required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without verifying parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
